Conditions Of Service

Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. ("Hydro One Brampton"), like all electricity distributors across the province, is required to provide customers with a Conditions of Service document that outlines our operating practices, connection policies and the types and level of service we offer within our service area in Brampton.

Conditions of Service

Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. has revised its Conditions of Service, and is proposing to make it effective August 1, 2010. Please click on the following link to the proposed Conditions of Service to review these changes. Comments and/or suggestions should be submitted no later than July 15, 2010.
