Hydro One Brampton is now offering customers the option of 'paperless' billing!

With our new e-billing system, you can have your electricity bills delivered right to your 'desktop' via secure email.

By signing up for e-billing, you will receive your paperless bill in an easy, secure and environmentally-friendly way!

Customers who sign up for e-billing, can view current and past billing information, manage and make payments securely and easily at their own convenience, and can even download our latest newsletters and other publications.

Along with the introduction of our new e-billing system, Hydro One Brampton has revamped your electricity bill to provide you with more information on your energy usage.

Here's how to register!

You will need a copy of your current electricity bill on hand for your account number and current amount due.

Click on the following link to Log in or Register for our e-Billing and e-Payment Services

You will need to create a User ID and Password (min. 4 characters and max. 10 characters).

Once you have completed the online Customer Registration, click on the 'Register Now' button.
