On behalf of Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc., I would like to welcome you to our website.

Hydro One Brampton is a subsidiary of Hydro One Inc. and is part of the Hydro One Inc. family of companies. We are responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of electricity to more than 138,000 homes and businesses in the City of Brampton.

We are pleased to offer you a newly designed electricity bill that identifies your energy use by the three Time-Of-Use pricing periods and provides you with useful historical information on your energy consumption. This will help you to better understand the way your electricity is billed.

In addition, we will be introducing an environmentally-friendly approach to our customer billing and payment system with a new online electronic bill presentment and bill payment service. Hydro One Brampton customers will be able to sign up to receive their 'paperless' bill via secure email delivery and make their payments online at their own convenience.

With the help of the latest conservation programs and incentives available to us by the Ontario Power Authority, we continue to promote energy-efficiency and savings to customers in all sectors. There is now a program or incentive available for every type of residential and business customer in Brampton. Hydro One Brampton's Energy Services department is here to answer any questions you may have regarding these initiatives.

These new conservation programs have been outlined in our Hydro One Brampton issued maps. Back by popular demand, Hydro One Brampton recently produced and released the 10th edition of our Map of Brampton. We hope that you find this new map useful and encourage you to take advantage of the energy conservation initiatives available to you.

In the coming months, we will appear at many of Brampton's local community-based and fundraising events. Hydro One Brampton is here to serve you, and we are happy to reach out to you whenever possible.
